Lex and Matt did an excellent job in getting me prepared for the sale. The first buyer reneged on their offer. Lex and Matt guided me through the process of rescheduling the Open House and eventual sale. It was a very stressful experience, but they managed to calm me and assured me that the house would be sold. I highly recommend them.
